NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana --- Congress has begun an investigation into charges that Barbara Boxer crying over the imminent confirmation of Judge Roberts to the Supreme Court caused major flooding in New Orleans. Boxer was visiting New Orleans just after the hurricane to collect evidence showing George Bush might be responsible for the disaster.
"When news about Roberts was announced on the radio, a sudden flood came out of Senator Boxer's hotel room," said an unnamed hotel employee. "It flooded non-stop for several hours and eventually closed down one of the only open hotels in the area. There was heavy sobbing going on in there. The levees broke, but I honestly believe she was a major contributor to the flooding issues."
