GITMO --- Michael Schiavo filed court papers today to prevent the US military from tube-feeding terrorists on a hunger-strike at Gitmo. Confident after successfully fighting in court to starve his wife, Schiavo was outraged over the military's actions.
"These military officials are not married to the freedom fighters being held in violation of world human rights," said Schiavo. "Only a spouse should decide if someone should be fed by a tube to keep them alive. This is the typical Christian right-wingers stepping in and meddling with a family matter again. First they tried to stop me from starving my wife to death, and now they have the gall to force-feed these people against their will. I have half a mind to go down there myself and yank out the tubes. I'm outraged and on a mission to get the military out of the feeding tube decision business."
Unlike when Schiavo starved his wife, Terri Schiavo's parents support Michael in his current quest. "These are actually people that we don't mind if Michael kills them," said Bob Schindler, Terri's father.
