Congress Arranges Hunting Trips for Oil Executives with Dick Cheney to Combat High Oil Prices

WASHINGTON, DC --- A new energy bill introduced in Congress outlines several hunting trips for oil executives with Dick Cheney. 

"I think it's an effective way to deal with high gas prices," said one congressman.  "We're not real familiar with the whole supply and demand concept, so I think this is a better option for us.  We're calling it 'The Great Oil Shootout of 2006'."
