Pelosi Calls Surge a Failure, Like New York Giants

CALIFORNIA --- A surprised-looking Nancy Pelosi called the surge in Iraq a failure in spite of the significant drop in violence and the increase in safety.  Kind of like the New York Giants.

"Iraq is a failure," said Pelosi.  "So is the surge.  And Afghanistan.  And the Cold War.  And World War II.  And the Revolutionary War.  It's just like the supposed win by the New York Giants in the Super Bowl.  Sure, the final score seems to indicate that they won the game.  But I call it a loss.  A failure.  Did they Win their division?  No.  Did they go 18-0 before the Super Bowl?  No.  They only won by a measly three points.  Come on.  That's a failure in my book.  A bunch of losers.  Just like our military."
